Disney’s Hollywood Studios Resort Area

If Hollywood Studios is high on your list, this area gives you some of the easiest ways to get there. Depending on where you stay, you may be able to use the Skyliner, walk, or take a boat instead of relying only on buses. This area works well for guests who want more flexibility, easier park access, and resort options that range from value stays to deluxe hotels.

Disney’s Art of Animation Resort

Best for: Families who want Skyliner access

This resort is known for its large character-themed sections and family suites. It is one of the Skyliner resorts, with direct access to the gondola system for travel to Hollywood Studios and EPCOT via the Caribbean Beach hub.

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort

Best for: Moderate resort feel

Caribbean Beach is the main hub for the Skyliner, which makes it especially convenient for guests heading to Hollywood Studios or EPCOT. The resort itself is more spread out, but it offers a more relaxed atmosphere than the value resorts.

Walt Disney World Swan Reserve

Best for: A newer, quieter stay near the same area

Swan Reserve has a more modern look and a calmer feel than the main Swan & Dolphin complex. It still gives guests access to the same general area benefits, including walkability to Hollywood Studios and EPCOT.

Disney’s Pop Century Resort

Best for: Value pricing with strong transportation

Pop Century is one of the most popular value resorts without a deluxe price point. It is also one of the Skyliner resorts, and guests can ride the gondola to Hollywood Studios and EPCOT via Caribbean Beach.

Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin

Best for: Walkable access and traditional hotel feel

These hotels are in one of the most convenient locations near Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. Guests can walk to the parks and also use boat transportation, but they are not Disney-owned resorts. The overall feel is less Disney-themed and more like a traditional upscale hotel stay.
